Jason Smith is a 56-year-old Fitness Coach and owner of Fit in Midlife. He specialises in helping both midlife men and women improve their health and fitness.
Jason had a successful corporate career, serving as an executive at a global media organisation, before retiring at 44. Based in Surrey, England, Jason now inspires, trains and coaches midlifers worldwide through in-person and online coaching and has more than 500,000 social media followers.
Whilst transforming his own health, fitness, and life at 50, Jason observed a lack of older, relatable fitness coaches for middle-aged people. Jason left his corporate job, qualified as a Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor, and launched his business, Fit in Midlife, in 2021.
He understands what it takes to get fit in midlife. In a matter of months, Jason lost 25kg (55 lb), reduced his body fat from 28% to 10%, and self-cured health issues such as hypertension and high cholesterol, whilst transforming his body and his life.
Jason is on a mission to help older people start and maintain a fitness journey that impacts and improves every area of their lives. You can find out more about Jason on Instagram or his website.
