About Futurythm

We’re living longer. Our thinking needs to catch up.

For generations, life followed a fairly standard blueprint: learn, work, retire. Now careers are less linear, technology is changing work quickly and the line between working life and retirement is getting blurrier.

Our story

They aren’t retirement questions. They’re life questions.

Sonya Lennon has spent much of her career focused on human potential—not just what people do, but who they can become. The deeper she went into conversations about later life, the clearer it became that money was only part of the story.

That thinking became Futurythm.

What we believe

The future deserves some attention.

Money matters

So do health, identity, relationships, community, purpose and pleasure.

There is no one good future

Keep working, take a clean break, start again or choose quieter days.

Organisations are part of this

Longer lives need better ways to support experienced people.

Don’t drift. Design.

For you, for your people, or for the future of work.
