About Futurythm
We are constantly evolving.
Experience · Meaning · Possibility
Global health shifts, economic pressures, geopolitical friction, and rapid technological advancements are transforming the landscape of work. It is natural to crave security and clarity. Simultaneously, we are living longer and experiencing far more fluid career paths.
Some will extend their careers, others will pivot, step back temporarily, or step away completely. As age gets younger, the line between working life and retirement is blurred. Futurythm was created to help our thinking keep pace with these new realities.
These aren’t merely retirement considerations — they are essential life questions.
The Founder
Throughout her career, Sonya Lennon has been driven by a passion for unlocking human potential — focusing not just on what people do, but who they can become. Through WorkEqual and LIFT Ireland, her work empowered over 200,000 individuals with self-awareness and tools for personal development.
Later, discussions around retirement sparked a broader dialogue. Money was clearly just one element; people were asking deeper, human questions. Will I remain relevant? Who am I beyond my work? Do I actually want to stop? Is it too late to pivot? Why spend more effort planning a summer trip than considering the next two decades?
The underlying story became clear: this was never just about retirement, but about living longer, fuller, more fulfilled lives. That vision became Futurythm.

This was never just about retirement — it was about living longer, fuller, more fulfilled lives.
What We Believe
The future warrants real attention.
Money matters, and so does the rest of life.
Financial security affords options, but health, identity, relationships, community, and purpose shape how satisfying those options feel.
Success is self-defined.
Some aim to stay active in work, others seek a clean break, a new passion, or simple quiet days. Every choice is valid.
Organisations share in this journey.
Longer lifespans transform the workforce landscape. Futurythm helps organisations listen to experienced talent and adapt effectively.
Fulfilling futures are crafted step by step.
Don’t drift.
Design.
