Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain the basis on which you take part in Futurythm coaching, programmes, events, digital products and related services. Please read them carefully before you book or participate.

About Futurythm

Futurythm provides coaching, guidance, reflection tools, content and experiences designed to help people think more clearly about longer lives, longer careers and what comes next.

These Terms apply to the Futurythm services you purchase or take part in, unless we tell you that a specific programme has additional or different terms.

Coaching is not professional advice

Futurythm coaching is designed to support reflection, decision-making and personal development. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice.

Our coaches act as facilitators and do not diagnose or treat physical or mental health conditions. Where a question needs specialist advice, we may encourage you to speak to an appropriately qualified professional.

The decisions you make remain your own. Futurythm cannot guarantee a particular personal, professional, financial or wellbeing outcome.

Your participation

The experience works best when you take part openly, arrive prepared and make your own choices about what you want to explore. You are responsible for the actions you take, or choose not to take, as a result of participating.

Booking, cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel or move a coaching session, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full or treated as used, unless we agree otherwise because of exceptional circumstances.

Refunds are handled in line with the Futurythm Refund Policy and any specific terms shared with you when you book.

Respectful engagement

Futurythm is designed to be a thoughtful, inclusive and respectful space. We expect everyone taking part to treat coaches, faculty, staff and other participants with respect.

Discriminatory, abusive, threatening or seriously disruptive behaviour may result in your participation being ended. Where that happens, a refund may not be available.

Confidentiality

Our coaches will treat information shared in one-to-one sessions as confidential, subject to legal obligations and any circumstances in which there is a serious and immediate risk of harm.

If you take part in a group session, you must also respect the privacy of other participants and not share personal information or stories outside the group without permission.

Futurythm materials and intellectual property

The Futurythm framework, Pulse, materials, tools, content, exercises, templates, recordings and resources are protected by intellectual property rights.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may use materials we provide for your own personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, adapt or use them commercially without our written permission.

Data protection

We handle personal data in line with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Notice. Where a service involves sensitive information, including health-related information, we will explain how that information is used and what choices you have.

Digital services and availability

We aim to make our digital services available reliably, but we cannot promise that websites, video links, booking systems, digital products or other online services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may make reasonable changes to content, formats, faculty, coaches, timings or delivery methods where this is necessary to deliver the service properly.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Futurythm is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in our services. Our services are intended to support your thinking and choices, not to guarantee a particular result.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where a change is relevant to an existing booking or programme, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
